Customer agreement & wagering rules
Last reviewed: 22 May 2026. Version 5.0.
1. Scope of this agreement
This agreement (the "Terms") sets out the contractual relationship between you and Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd (ABN 77 661 574 545, ACN 661 574 545), the operator of tradiae and the website at https://tradiae.bet/ (together, the "Service"). By registering for an account or submitting a wager you accept these Terms together with our privacy collection statement and responsible wagering charter.
2. Defined terms
- "Account" — a wagering account held with tradiae.
- "Wager" or "Bet" — a stake submitted through the Service.
- "Customer" or "you" — the registered holder of an Account.
- "Market" — a wagering outcome offered for a particular event.
- "NCPF" — the National Consumer Protection Framework for Online Wagering.
- "VGCCC" — the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission, our licensing regulator.
- "Bonus stake" — non-withdrawable balance issued under a promotion.
- "Settlement" — the determination of a wager's outcome and the corresponding adjustment of funds.
3. Who can hold an Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and ordinarily resident in Australia.
- You must provide accurate personal information and complete identity verification as required by the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth).
- You must not be self-excluded via the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop) or under any operator-level exclusion.
- You must not be an employee, director or close associate of Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd or any of its related bodies, nor a person otherwise prohibited from wagering under Australian law or any sporting integrity rule.
- You must not access the Service from a country designated under section 9A of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
4. Registration and identity verification
Identity verification is undertaken when the Account is opened, in line with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). As a minimum we typically require a government-issued photo ID together with confirmation of your residential address. Where the risk profile justifies it (for example, enhanced due diligence), additional documents may be requested.
No deposit, withdrawal or wager can be processed before verification is complete.
5. Your obligations
You undertake to keep your personal information current and accurate, to maintain only one Account, and not to collude with other Customers or third parties for the purpose of circumventing these Terms (including stake caps, promotional conditions or self-exclusion).
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorised access to the Account.
6. Deposits
Deposits may be funded via eligible debit-card payments, BPay, PayID, Apple Pay or Google Pay when linked to an eligible debit card. Cryptocurrency and third-party payment instruments are not accepted.
The minimum deposit is $5. The default single-transaction maximum is $5,000 and can be lower if you have set a personal deposit limit or if we have applied a tighter cap for responsible wagering, risk, payment or compliance reasons.
We may seek information about the source of funds and may pause or decline a deposit pending checks under our AML/CTF program.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only paid to a verified account in your own name. Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification, payment screening, AML/CTF checks and standard business-day banking schedules. Processing times vary by payment instrument and by the time of submission.
We may delay or refuse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, an integrity breach, a breach of these Terms, or where the law requires us to do so.
We do not charge withdrawal fees. Foreign-exchange and external bank fees, if any, will be applied by your payment provider.
8. When a wager is accepted
A wager is placed at the moment you confirm it on the Service. A wager is accepted only once it appears in your bet history with a confirmation reference. We may refuse a wager at our reasonable discretion, including for integrity, risk, technical or compliance reasons. Where a wager is not accepted, your stake is returned to the Account.
9. Voided wagers and palpable errors
A wager may be voided where a palpable error has occurred. A palpable error includes any obvious pricing or settlement mistake, for example a clearly inverted price, a misplaced decimal point, or settlement applied to the wrong selection.
In racing markets, where a runner is declared a non-runner under the rules of the relevant racing authority, the wager on that runner is voided and the stake refunded, with deductions applied to remaining selections in accordance with applicable rule 4 deductions where they apply.
10. Settlement
Wagers are settled against the official result published by the recognised governing body of the relevant sport or racing authority. Where two recognised authorities publish conflicting results, the rules attached to the specific market determine which source applies.
Sport-specific rules and edge cases (overtime, abandoned matches, postponed events, disqualified runners) are published with the market or in the relevant rules appendix on the Service.
11. Multi wagers and Same Game Multis
Multi wagers settle leg by leg. A void leg is removed from the multi at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs continue to run. Same Game Multis are priced on dependent outcomes and incorporate leg-correlation adjustments that are disclosed before you confirm the wager.
Where a leg of a Same Game Multi is voided, the Same Game Multi is either re-priced or voided as disclosed at the moment of confirmation.
12. Limits
Maximum stake and maximum win caps apply on a per-market basis and are surfaced before you confirm. We may reduce the stake offered or decline a wager at our reasonable discretion, including for risk, integrity, compliance or responsible wagering reasons.
13. Closing an Account
You may close your Account at any time by signing in and selecting Account > Close account, or by emailing support@tradiae.bet from the address registered to the Account.
We may suspend or close an Account where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, an integrity breach, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where the law requires it. We may also close an Account on responsible wagering grounds where we identify possible signs of harm and continued service would not be appropriate.
Cleared balances on a closed Account are returned to your verified payment instrument, subject to identity, payment and AML/CTF checks.
14. Inactive Accounts
An Account is treated as inactive where there has been no deposit, withdrawal, wager placement or sign-in activity for 13 consecutive months. We will use reasonable efforts to reach you at the email address registered to the Account before applying inactive status.
Funds remaining in an inactive Account may be transferred to the relevant State or Territory unclaimed-money authority as required by law, including under the Unclaimed Money Act 2008 (Vic).
15. Promotional bonus stakes
Where promotional bonus stakes are offered to eligible verified Customers, the full conditions are presented alongside the offer and govern that promotion. Bonus stakes are non-withdrawable, may carry expiry, may be limited to a single use per offer, and may require additional wagering before any related winnings can be withdrawn. See current offers.
16. Responsible wagering
We participate in the National Consumer Protection Framework for Online Wagering. You can set deposit limits, take a break or self-exclude at any time from inside the Account.
We may close an Account, decline a wager, decline a deposit or apply additional limits on responsible wagering grounds. For confidential support call Gambler's Help (Victoria) or Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 at any time. The nationwide self-exclusion register is available at betstop.gov.au. See also our responsible wagering charter and pre-commitment limits policy.
17. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our privacy collection statement, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
18. Direct marketing
Where you have opted in, we may send promotional emails, SMS or push notifications about our wagering services. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link inside a message or from your account preferences. All direct marketing is governed by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
We do not send marketing to Customers who are self-excluded, who have opted out, who are within a deposit-limit cool-off, or who registered an Account within the previous 24 hours.
19. Technical errors and feed disruptions
Where a market has been priced or settled in obvious error (a palpable error), or where wagers have been affected by an odds-feed glitch, a server outage or another technical disruption, we may void the affected wagers and refund stakes. Where this happens, we will use reasonable efforts to publish a notice on the Service describing what occurred.
20. Disputes and complaints
If something has gone wrong, please contact complaints@tradiae.bet. Our internal complaints procedure is detailed in our complaints policy.
If we cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC). For payment-services aspects (debit transactions, refunds) the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) may also accept eligible complaints. See afca.org.au.
21. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) does not permit us to exclude.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, the liability of Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd is limited to the amount of the wager in dispute.
22. Changes to this agreement
We may amend these Terms by publishing the updated version on this page. Material changes will be notified by email and an in-product banner at least 14 days before the change takes effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or by regulator direction. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
23. Severability, entire agreement and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the documents they refer to, form the entire agreement between you and Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd in relation to the Service. A failure or delay by either party in exercising any right under these Terms does not amount to a waiver of that right.
24. Notices and governing law
