Self-exclusion options & BetStop

Self-exclusion stops you from wagering for a chosen length of time. Two paths are available: an operator-level exclusion that applies only to tradiae, and a nationwide exclusion through BetStop that covers every licensed Australian online wagering operator.
BetStop — the National Self-Exclusion Register
BetStop is administered by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). Once you register, every licensed Australian online wagering operator (including tradiae) must close your account, cease all direct marketing to you, and refuse to open a new account in your name for the period you select: three months, six months, twelve months, five years or for life.
Register at betstop.gov.au. There is no cost. You will need a driver's licence, passport or other government-issued ID.
YourPlay (Victoria)
YourPlay is a Victorian voluntary pre-commitment system for gaming venues. While YourPlay does not apply to our online wagering Service, Victorian Customers may find it useful for venue-based play. See yourplay.com.au.
Operator-level self-exclusion
To self-exclude from tradiae only:
- Open Account > Self-exclusion.
- Choose a length — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, 5 years or permanent.
- Confirm. The exclusion takes effect immediately.
During an exclusion we will:
- Manage any open wagers in accordance with our customer agreement and the rules of the relevant market.
- Return any cleared balance to a verified bank account or PayID in your name, subject to identity, payment and AML/CTF checks.
- Remove you from every direct-marketing channel.
- Refuse any new account you may attempt to open during the exclusion period.
What happens when the period ends
Operator-level exclusions stay in force for the full selected period. We will not lift them early. If you choose to return after the period has ended, we may require written confirmation and may ask you to review the responsible wagering tools before account access is reopened.
Permanent exclusion
Permanent exclusion is irreversible. If you select this option, you will not be able to hold a tradiae account again.
