Privacy collection statement

1. About this statement
This statement describes how Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd (ABN 77 661 574 545, ACN 661 574 545), operator of tradiae and the website at tradiae.bet, collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and by the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) where relevant.
2. Open and transparent handling (APP 1)
We maintain documented practices, procedures and systems intended to keep us compliant with the APPs and to let individuals enquire about, or complain about, the way we handle personal information. This statement is published on our website and is refreshed whenever our practices materially change.
3. What we collect
- Identity data: full name, date of birth, residential address, government ID details, and ID photographs.
- Contact data: email address, telephone number, postal address.
- Account data: username, sign-in credentials, deposit caps, self-exclusion status and account preferences.
- Financial data: bank-account or payment-instrument identifiers (held with our payment processors), deposit and withdrawal records, and source-of-funds information where requested.
- Transaction data: wagers submitted, settlements, net position and promotional bonus-stake activity.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser fingerprint, device identifiers, pages viewed and time-stamps.
- Communications: emails, chat transcripts and recorded support calls. We notify you at the start of a call if it is being recorded.
4. How we collect personal information
We collect information directly from you when you open an Account, deposit, place a wager, contact customer service or update your preferences. We also collect information from third-party identity-verification providers (such as greenID or equivalent), from payment processors and banks, and from cookies and similar technologies subject to your consent.
5. Why we collect personal information
To open and run your Account, to verify identity under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), to process transactions, to deter fraud and integrity breaches, to comply with regulator and tax obligations, to monitor for potentially harmful wagering patterns, to report to AUSTRAC and the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission as required, and, where you have opted in, to send direct marketing.
6. Who we share it with
- Identity-verification providers (document and address checks).
- Payment processors and banks involved in deposits and withdrawals.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, under contractual confidentiality and security undertakings.
- Regulators and other authorities: the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission, AUSTRAC, the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation where relevant, sporting integrity bodies, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the Australian Taxation Office and law-enforcement agencies acting on lawful request.
- Our auditors, professional advisers and insurers, under confidentiality obligations.
7. Cross-border disclosure (APP 8)
Data is hosted primarily in Australia. Where a service provider operates from a country outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient does not handle personal information in breach of the Australian Privacy Principles. These steps may include contractual safeguards and periodic audits.
8. Security of personal information
We use TLS for data in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based and need-to-know access controls, logging and security monitoring. No information system is completely secure. You remain responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
9. Retention
Identity, account and transaction data are retained for the periods required by the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) and by Victorian licensing conditions. The retention period is generally seven years from the date the Account is closed. Marketing preferences are kept indefinitely so we can honour an opt-out.
10. Your rights (APPs 12 and 13)
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask to access, and to correct, the personal information we hold about you.
You may also ask us to delete or de-identify personal information where we are not legally required to retain it. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Direct marketing and your choices
If you opt in, we may send wagering-related promotional emails, SMS and push notifications. You can opt out whenever you like via the unsubscribe link, the in-product preferences screen, or by contacting customer service. All direct-marketing communications comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
We do not direct-market to Customers who are self-excluded, who have opted out, who are within a deposit-limit cool-off, or who registered an Account in the past 24 hours.
12. Cookies and analytics
See our cookie policy. Strictly necessary cookies operate the site. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you opt in through the cookie banner.
13. Minors
The Service is strictly for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
14. Notifiable data breaches
We assess and respond to suspected data breaches in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Where a breach is likely to result in serious harm we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required.

We may update this statement from time to time. The "Last reviewed" date at the foot of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email where appropriate.
