Marketing & advertising code
Last reviewed: 1 May 2026.
This page describes the way tradiae advertises and promotes its services, and the way we apply the consumer-protection requirements of the National Consumer Protection Framework (NCPF), the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic), and the inducement-related laws of every Australian State and Territory in which our communications may appear.
Principles we operate by
- We do not target minors in any advertising. Audience splits and creative are reviewed to support compliance.
- We do not depict wagering as a path to financial success, social status, romantic success or stress relief.
- We do not place advertising during live sport broadcasts within siren-to-siren periods where this is prohibited.
- Commercial communications are clearly labelled as advertising or promotional material, and identify Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd as the operator where this is required.
Inducements
State and Territory laws regulate inducements to open an account or to wager. We do not promote sign-up inducements where they are prohibited — including in Victoria under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic), in New South Wales under section 15A of the Betting and Racing Act 1998 (NSW), and in equivalent statutes in other jurisdictions. Audience, location and channel controls are deployed to support compliance with those restrictions.
Mandatory taglines
Where required, our wagering advertising and promotional communications carry one of the NCPF-approved consumer-protection taglines:
- "Chances are you're about to lose."
- "Think. Is this a bet you really want to place?"
- "What's gambling really costing you?"
- "What are you really gambling with?"
- "You win some. You lose more."
- "Imagine what you could be buying instead."
- "What are you prepared to lose today? Set a deposit limit."
Promotion terms
Every promotion is published with its key eligibility criteria, conditions and, where relevant, maximum-payout information. Full terms are made available alongside the offer wherever required. Bonus stakes are non-withdrawable, and any stake funded with a bonus is not returned together with winnings.
Marketing opt-out
Customers can opt out of direct marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link, the in-product preferences screen, or by contacting customer service. Opt-outs are honoured within five business days. We do not market to Customers who are self-excluded, who are within a deposit-limit cool-off, or who are in their first 24 hours since registration.
Complaints about advertising
Complaints about a specific advertisement can be sent to complaints@tradiae.bet. Where a complaint remains unresolved it may be escalated to the relevant regulator or complaints body, including the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) where applicable.
