Responsible wagering charter
Last reviewed: 1 May 2026.
tradiae operates under the National Consumer Protection Framework for Online Wagering (NCPF) and the responsible gambling obligations set out in the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic). Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd encourages customers to use the responsible wagering tools provided and to avoid wagering more than they can afford to lose.
1. Pre-commitment deposit limits
During registration we invite every Customer to set a deposit limit. Three windows are available: daily, weekly or monthly. Limits can be reviewed and adjusted from inside the Account at any time.
- Decreases take effect immediately.
- Increases are subject to a seven-day cool-off period. After the cool-off, you will be asked to re-confirm the new, higher limit. If you do not confirm it, your previous limit remains in place.
- Removing a limit is treated as an increase and is subject to the same seven-day cool-off and re-confirmation requirement.
See our pre-commitment limits policy for the complete operational detail.
2. Activity statements
A monthly activity statement is sent to the email address registered to your Account. Each statement summarises total deposits, total withdrawals, total turnover, your net result for the period and any promotional bonus-stake activity. Statements are also available on demand from Account > Statements, and you can request a historical statement at any time.
3. Take a break
You can suspend the Account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days from your account preferences. During the break we will not accept deposits or wagers from you and we will remove you from marketing lists. Withdrawals of cleared funds remain available.
4. Self-exclusion
For an operator-level exclusion, use Account > Self-exclusion. For a nationwide exclusion that covers every licensed Australian online wagering operator, register with BetStop — the National Self-Exclusion Register. Victorian gaming-venue customers can also use YourPlay for venue-based pre-commitment. See our self-exclusion guide.
5. Marketing protections
We do not send direct marketing to Customers who are self-excluded, who have opted out, who are inside a deposit-limit cool-off, or who registered an Account within the last 24 hours. We do not deploy bonuses or other inducements to promote registration where State or Territory law prohibits doing so, including the inducement restrictions imposed by the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic).
6. Customer interaction
Our staff monitor account behaviour for indicators of possible harm, including rapid deposit increases, unusual wagering patterns and repeated failed deposit attempts. Where indicators are observed we may make contact with the Customer, recommend responsible wagering tools, or restrict the Account as appropriate. Responsible wagering training is delivered to all customer-facing staff in accordance with VGCCC requirements and refreshed each year.
