Getting underway
To open a tradiae account, select Register an account, complete your personal details and pass identity verification.
Identity verification is conducted at registration in line with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). Typically you will need to provide a government-issued photographic identification document (Australian driver's licence, passport or other accepted ID) and to confirm your residential address. Further documents may be requested where the law requires.
Deposits and wagers can only be processed after verification is complete. You must be at least 18 and ordinarily resident in Australia.
Looking after your account
Keeping your sign-in credentials secret is your responsibility. If you suspect an unauthorised sign-in, contact support@tradiae.bet immediately so the account can be suspended.
Only one account is permitted per customer. Additional accounts may be closed in line with our customer agreement.
Depositing and withdrawing funds
We accept eligible debit-card payments, BPay, PayID, Apple Pay and Google Pay where linked to an eligible debit card. Cryptocurrency and third-party payment instruments are not accepted. Any card surcharges are surfaced before the deposit is confirmed.
Withdrawals are paid only to a verified account held in your own name. Card refunds are processed by your card issuer and arrival times vary; typical issuer turnaround is several business days, subject to identity, payment-instrument and AML/CTF checks. No withdrawal fees apply.
The minimum deposit is $5. The default single-transaction maximum is $5,000, which can be lower if you have set your own deposit limit or if we have applied a tighter cap for responsible wagering, risk, payment or compliance reasons.
Placing a wager
You can take fixed-odds prices on Australian and international sport, plus thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing. Available market types include head-to-head, line, totals, multi and Same Game Multi.
Pursuant to the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), Australian-licensed wagering operators are not permitted to offer in-play sport markets via the internet. All sport wagering on this site is pre-match only.
Same Game Multis use dependent outcomes and the calculated price reflects leg-correlation adjustments, which are surfaced before you confirm. Multi bets settle leg by leg. A voided leg removes that selection from the calculation while the remaining legs continue to run.
Settlement and bet history
Markets are settled against the official result published by the recognised governing body of the relevant sport or racing authority. Where two recognised authorities publish conflicting results, the rule attached to the specific market determines which source applies.
Abandoned matches, events postponed beyond the published reschedule window, and disqualified runners are settled per the rules of the market in question. The price displayed at the moment of confirmation is the price applied, except where a palpable pricing error has occurred.
You can view both settled and pending wagers under Account > Bet history. A monthly activity statement is also dispatched to the email address registered to the account.
Promotional bonus stakes
Where promotional bonus stakes are issued to eligible verified account holders, the full terms are presented inside the account at the moment the offer is made. Bonus stakes are non-withdrawable. See the customer agreement.
Responsible wagering controls
From within your account you can set a pre-commitment deposit limit, set a net-loss limit, enable a session-time reminder, take a time-out or self-exclude.
Lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Raising or removing a limit triggers a seven-day cool-off period. See our pre-commitment limits policy for the full operational detail.
If you need confidential help, call Gambler's Help (Victoria) or Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 at any hour, every day. The service is free of charge. Younger Victorians can also speak with Gambler's Help Youthline on 1800 262 376.
Closing your account or self-excluding
You can close your account at any time by signing in and choosing Account > Close account, or by emailing support@tradiae.bet from the address registered to the account.
To self-exclude from tradiae only, use Account > Self-exclusion and pick a duration. For a nationwide exclusion that covers every licensed Australian online wagering operator, register with BetStop. See our self-exclusion guide.
Lodging a complaint
Email complaints@tradiae.bet, including your account ID and a brief description of the matter. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and target resolution within 21 calendar days, or 45 calendar days for matters of genuine complexity. If the outcome does not satisfy you, the matter can be escalated to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission. See our complaints policy for the full procedure.
